Home Management Pricing - Planned Visits
Weekly Visits
(52 visits annually) An EHS manager will visit your home once a week. Each visit will be 20 - 30 minutes. Rates may vary due to home's location and size.
Per Month
$400
Flexable monthly billing dates are available. (less than $14 per day)
Additional Visit(s)
One additional visit per month will be complimentary.
Each additional visit will be subject to a $75 travel charge plus $50 per half hour. (Evening, weekend, and holiday rates differ)
Emergency Visit(s)
In the event of an extreme weather-related event or a reported emergency in the area, a visit to your home will be made complimentary. See "Scope of Work" and your contract for all events that apply.
Move Out (Departure) & Return Home Service
The complete list of services to assist your departure and return home will be complimentary after 1 year.
Bi-Monthly
(26 visits annually) An EHS manager will visit your home every two weeks. Each visit will be 20 - 30 minutes. Rates may vary due to home's location and size.
Per Month
$350

One additional visit will be complimentary every 2 months.
Each additional visit will be subject to a $75 travel charge plus $50 per half hour. (Evening, weekend, and holiday rates differ)
