Egress | Entry Points
- Gates, doors, windows and other entry points are checked for damage or forced entry.
- Handbills and flyers are collected and placed inside.
- Utility entry points are checked for serviceability and usage (approved and un-approved).
Exterior Siding | Roof | Deck - Patio
- Siding, fascia, soffit, roof, deck-patio and other structures are checked at grade for storm, weather, pest, and insect damage.
- Exterior water supply points are monitored for leaks and functionality.
Property | Landscape
- Landscaping including trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawn is monitored for weather-related damage and overall health.
- Hardscapes and exterior lighting are monitored.
- Garbage blown onto the property is discarded to its designated container.
- Excessive overgrowth and weeds are reported as observed.
- Potential tree and vegetation damage to home monitored.
Interior | Basement | Garage
Kitchen | Bathrooms | Living Areas
- All appliances, outlets, and fixtures are checked for functionality.
- Where applicable, leaks, shorts, and possible corrosion are reported.
- Walls, floors, and ceilings are monitored for presence of pests, insects, and water stains from moisture.
- Mail and package collection is also included for all scheduled visits.
Basement | Utilities
- Utility entry points such as water, gas, cable, internet, and electric are monitored.
- Leaks and tripped electrical panel breakers are reported immediately.
- Sump pump and ejector pits are checked for functionality. HVAC (and filter), hot water tank are tested.
- Water softener, humidifier, de-humidifier, radon gas gauge and motor, whole house water filter, and sewer items are monitored.
Entertainment | Internet | Security Systems
- Smart Home items are monitored for functionality and disruption of service such as security system devices, doorbell(s), sensors, cameras, and thermostat(s).
- Charge or Change Batteries for Remote Devices
Emergency Visits Included
An emergency visit will be made to your home if any of the following come into effect.
Weather Related
- Three (3) consecutive days below 15f & or 10c, or thirty-six (36) consecutive hours below 1f or -16c.
- Freezing rain or snow in excess of 10 in. or 23 cm.
- Unusual rain totals or active flooding in the area.
- Reported tornado, high winds, hail, or lightning in area.
Non-weather Related
- Smoke or carbon monoxide sensors activated.
- 3/1 sensors activated.
- Reported crime or fire in the area.
- Power loss. Wi-Fi interruption.
- Forced or unauthorized entry reported.
Additional charges may apply to unscheduled visits.
